Acknowledgement
At the annual general
body, meeting board passed resolution that the
directors wish to place on record the valuable
service rendered by Sri.S.Nageswara Rao, as
chief executive of the company and the board is
hopeful that his matured advice and guidance will
always be available on a whole time basis as
managing director of the company.
