The company was started by Mr.S.Nageswara Rao in the year 1985, as its Chairman & Managing Director and supported by Mr.S.Rajesh as Director.

The company was started with Headquarters as Visakhapatnam with only one clerk, but today it has got 125 efficient staff and 5 Branches (Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Indore & Goa). This is all to the sincere effort put by our Chairman Mr.S.Nageswara Rao.
